RMIS is the online onboarding and compliance portal where carriers set up their company profile and share documents so we can verify them before tendering loads.

Open the RMIS portal
Use the VLT Freight sign-up link to open our carrier packet in RMIS and create your company login.

Enter your company info
Legal business name, MC or USDOT number, contact details and the type of equipment you run.

Upload your documents
The portal asks for standard paperwork, such as your certificate of insurance and W-9, and flags anything that is missing.

Verification
We review your profile and operating authority, and if anything needs clarification, we reach out to you directly.
